The HTC U Ultra has a general score of 77, which is slightly better than Galaxy On7 Prime's 76.9 score. HTC U Ultra has the same weight and thickness than the Galaxy On7 Prime. HTC U Ultra features a bit better processing power than Galaxy On7 Prime, although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster), they both have the same RAM memory amount.
