The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than the HTC U Ultra, having a general score of 98 against 77. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a noticeably newer phone than HTC U Ultra, but it's notably heavier and thicker. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit more powerful processor than HTC U Ultra, because it has a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and a higher amount of RAM memory.
