Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is better than HTC U Ultra, with a global score of 89.1 against 77. Samsung Galaxy S21 FE's body has the same weight and thickness than HTC U Ultra. Galaxy S21 FE has a bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM.
