Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a global score of 98.1, which is a lot better than the HTC U Ultra's 77 overall score. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is notably newer than the HTC U Ultra's, although it is much heavier and somewhat thicker. The Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a bit faster processor than HTC U Ultra, because it has a greater number of faster cores and 8 GB more RAM.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a better screen than HTC U Ultra, because it has a bit more pixels per inch of screen, a larger display and a little higher 1440 x 3200px resolution. Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots greater pictures and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a camera with lot more mega pixels, a much larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way better image and video quality and a way higher 7680x4320 video definition.
The HTC U Ultra features a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a much better battery duration than HTC U Ultra, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra costs more money than HTC U Ultra, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
