The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a score of 79, which is slightly better than the HTC U Ultra's general score of 77. The Samsung Galaxy S4 construction has the same thickness than the HTC U Ultra, but it's incredibly lighter. The Samsung Galaxy S4 has a little bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with a graphics co-processor.
The Galaxy S4 has a little sharper display than HTC U Ultra, although it has a quite worse pixels density, a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a little bit smaller screen. The HTC U Ultra features a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S4, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

HTC U Ultra counts with just a bit better battery performance than Galaxy S4, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
