Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III is a lot better than HTC U Ultra, having a 93.3 score against 77. The Xperia 1 III body is a lot newer, but a little heavier and just a little thicker than HTC U Ultra. Xperia 1 III counts with a bit sharper screen than HTC U Ultra, because it has a little bit better pixels quantity per inch of screen, a higher 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution and a little bigger display.
Xperia 1 III features a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a SD card slot that supports up to 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage capacity. The Xperia 1 III counts with a little bit better hardware performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Sony Xperia 1 III captures just a bit better photos and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same resolution camera and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a bigger diafragm aperture, a lot bigger back camera sensor and better 120 fps video frame rate.

The Sony Xperia 1 III costs a lot more than HTC U Ultra, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
