The Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is a bit better than the HTC U Ultra's score of 77. Xperia Z5 Premium is a a bit heavier phone than HTC U Ultra, but both of them have the same thickness. The Xperia Z5 Premium features a little faster processor than HTC U Ultra, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a graphics co-processor.

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a much better looking display than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a lot greater display pixel density. HTC U Ultra has a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has more internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Xperia Z5 Premium features a bit better camera than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates, a 0.43 inches sensor and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a much more MP back camera. The Xperia Z5 Premium has just a little bit longer battery duration than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 14% more battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Xperia Z5 Premium is also by far the cheapest.
