Xiaomi 14 has a global score of 79.4, which is a little bit better than HTC U Ultra's score of 77. Xiaomi 14's construction is notably newer, but just a bit heavier and a bit thicker than HTC U Ultra. Xiaomi 14 features a brighter screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a quite lower screen density and a little lower 1200 x 2670 pixels resolution, it also counts with a quite bigger display.
HTC U Ultra features a much greater processing power than Xiaomi 14, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory and 4 less processing cores (but faster).
