The HTC U Ultra is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 6, getting a global score of 77 against 76.5. Despite being the best in this comparison review, HTC U Ultra is a just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker phone than Xiaomi Mi 6. Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with a bit more powerful processor than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger number of cores and more RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 has a little bit better screen than HTC U Ultra, although it has a little bit smaller display, a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a quite worse pixel density. HTC U Ultra features a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
HTC U Ultra shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, a back facing camera with a 12 megapixels resolution, the same video frame rates and a same size diafragm aperture, the HTC U Ultra also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3350mAh of battery capacity.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Mi 6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy HTC U Ultra, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi 6, resigning a couple specifications.
