The Galaxy Note8 is much better than the HTC U11 life, having an 83 score against 74.5. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy Note8 is an a bit thicker and extremely heavier phone than HTC U11 life. The Galaxy Note8 has a bit sharper display than HTC U11 life, because it has a little bit greater pixel density, a much better resolution of 1440 x 2960px and a bigger display.
The HTC U11 life has more storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a little faster CPU than HTC U11 life, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Note8 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Note8 takes a bit better videos and photos than HTC U11 life, because although it has a lot worse 12 MP resolution back-facing camera and a worse video resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better images in low light situations. The Galaxy Note8 counts with improved battery life than HTC U11 life, because it has a 27 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8 costs more money than the HTC U11 life, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a better phone for that extra money.
