Although it's the best in this review, Xperia XZ2 Compact's design is way thicker and somewhat heavier than HTC U11 life. Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has a brighter screen than HTC U11 life, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher number of pixels in each inch of display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2160px resolution.
The Xperia XZ2 Compact has a bit superior processor than HTC U11 life, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also has 1 GB more RAM. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact captures much better photographs and videos than HTC U11 life, and although they both have a same size camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact also has faster video frame rates and a back facing camera with a better resolution.
HTC U11 life features a greater storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Xperia XZ2 Compact has just a bit longer battery life than HTC U11 life, because it has 2870mAh of battery capacity.
