The HTC U11 is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), having a 77.6 score against 77.4. The HTC U11 body is a bit thinner and just a bit lighter than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), despite of the fact that it was released about 19 months before. The HTC U11 features a little bit better looking screen than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per display inch and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a way better battery performance than HTC U11, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. HTC U11 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same video quality and the same resolution camera, the HTC U11 also has a larger diafragm aperture for better low light images and a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
