The Huawei Mate Xs has a score of 91.6, which is better than HTC U11's overall score of 77.6. Huawei Mate Xs's construction is extremely newer than the HTC U11's, but it is much thicker and way heavier. Huawei Mate Xs features a bit better processing unit than HTC U11, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate Xs also has 4 GB more RAM.
HTC U11 features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a much smaller display and a little bit worse 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a higher pixel density. The Huawei Mate Xs has a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC U11, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity.
