The Motorola Moto Z3 has an overall score of 77.6, which is a bit better than the HTC U11's global score of 77.6. Motorola Moto Z3 is a newer cellphone, and it is also a bit lighter and thinner than HTC U11. HTC U11 counts with a slightly better display than Moto Z3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a greater pixel density.
The Moto Z3 and HTC U11 have really similar processing units, they have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processor. The Moto Z3 features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC U11, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Moto Z3 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Motorola Moto Z3 and HTC U11 both have extremely similar battery durations. HTC U11 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the HTC U11 also has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photography and videos and a larger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos.
Although Moto Z3 is a better device, it costs a little more than HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC U11. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Moto Z3, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the HTC U11, giving up some specs and features.
