Motorola One Action has a score of 78.5, which is slightly better than HTC U11's overall score of 77.6. The Motorola One Action construction is much newer than HTC U11's, although it's thicker and a little bit heavier. HTC U11 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Motorola One Action, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit higher screen pixel density and a quite better 1440 x 2560px resolution.
Motorola One Action has a very superior storage to store more games and applications than HTC U11, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. The HTC U11 counts with a little better processing power than Motorola One Action. Both of them have 8 CPU cores and a 4 GB RAM.
HTC U11 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Motorola One Action, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same resolution back facing camera and the same video frame rate, the HTC U11 also has a larger aperture. The Motorola One Action has a bit better battery life than HTC U11, because it has a 17% larger battery size.
Although Motorola One Action is a better device, it costs a bit more than HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC U11. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy HTC U11, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
