The Motorola razr (2020) has a general score of 87, which is much better than HTC U11's general score of 77.6. Motorola razr (2020)'s design has the same thickness than HTC U11, but it is somewhat heavier. The Motorola razr (2020) has a little faster processor than HTC U11, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Motorola razr (2020) also has more RAM.
HTC U11 counts with a more vivid display than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher screen pixels density and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Motorola razr (2020) counts with a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than HTC U11, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
HTC U11 counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a 3000mAh battery size against 2800mAh. Motorola razr (2020) shoots better photos and videos than HTC U11, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a F1.7 aperture and the same video quality, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a way larger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC U11. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get HTC U11, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
