Galaxy S10 Lite captures much better pictures and videos than HTC U11, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy S10 Lite also counts with faster 60 fps video frame rates, a camera with a lot higher resolution and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite costs a bit more than HTC U11, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
