Samsung Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a lot better than HTC U11's overall score of 77.6. The Samsung Galaxy S20 is a a bit lighter phone than the HTC U11, but they are 0.31inches thick. The Samsung Galaxy S20 has just a bit better performance than HTC U11, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little sharper display than HTC U11, because it has a little bit larger screen, a slightly better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a just a little higher pixel count in each screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC U11, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Galaxy S20 has improved battery performance than HTC U11, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity. Samsung Galaxy S20 features a little bit better camera than HTC U11, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution and a much larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC U11. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC U11, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
