Comparison review
HTC U11 has a general score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active's global score of 75.8. HTC U11's design is newer, just a little lighter and noticeably thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. The HTC U11 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy S7 Active, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the HTC U11 also has a greater number of faster cores.
The Galaxy S7 Active has a bit sharper display than HTC U11, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal 1440 x 2560px resolution, the Galaxy S7 Active also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. HTC U11 shoots a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. They have the same (4K) video definition, a back facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels, a F1.7 aperture and the same video frame rates.
The HTC U11 features a bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. Galaxy S7 Active has longer battery life than HTC U11, because it has a 33% larger battery size.
The HTC U11 costs a little more money than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
