Xperia PRO is way better than HTC U11, having a general score of 94.3 against 77.6. The Xperia PRO is a noticeably newer phone than HTC U11, although it's way heavier and noticeably thicker. Sony Xperia PRO has a bit more vivid screen than HTC U11, because it has a bit higher screen density, a higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px and a larger display.
Xperia PRO features much more memory capacity to install games and applications than HTC U11, because it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB and 512 GB internal storage. Xperia PRO counts with a little faster processor than HTC U11, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia PRO also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xperia PRO has better battery duration than HTC U11, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3000mAh. The Sony Xperia PRO has a slightly better camera than HTC U11, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, a camera in the back with a 12 MP and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Sony Xperia PRO also has a way bigger back camera sensor and higher video frame rate.
Although Xperia PRO is a better device, it costs a lot more than HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC U11. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia PRO, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC U11, resigning some features and specifications.
