Comparison review

The Xperia Z5 has a global score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than HTC U11's 77.6 general score. Xperia Z5's design is a little bit thinner and a little bit lighter than the HTC U11, despite of the fact that it was released around a year before. HTC U11 and Sony Xperia Z5 feature really similar processing units, because although the Sony Xperia Z5 has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.

Sony Xperia Z5 counts with just a bit better looking display than HTC U11, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080, a little bit inferior pixel quantity per display inch and a quite smaller screen. HTC U11 features a better storage capacity for games and applications than Xperia Z5, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 128 GB against 200 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity.

The Xperia Z5 has a little bit better camera than HTC U11, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for taking images or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a bigger sensor shooting better quality pictures and videos and a camera with a lot higher resolution.

The HTC U11 has a little better battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.

Although Sony Xperia Z5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC U11. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the HTC U11, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
