Xiaomi Black Shark has a score of 80.4, which is a bit better than the HTC U11's score of 77.6. The Xiaomi Black Shark body is newer, but somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier than the HTC U11. Xiaomi Black Shark has a bit better CPU than HTC U11, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has a larger amount of RAM.
The HTC U11 has a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better screen pixel density. The HTC U11 features a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, a 12 mega pixels back facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the HTC U11 also has a larger aperture for better low light photography and video and a bigger back camera sensor.
Xiaomi Black Shark features just a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC U11, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage.
