The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is better than the HTC U11, having a 90.7 score against 77.6. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra body is way newer, but notably heavier and just a little bit thicker than the HTC U11. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has a more vivid display than HTC U11, because although it has a just a little worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher 1440 x 3200 resolution and a larger display.
