Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than the HTC U12 Life, with a 98.9 score against 74.4. These phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the older 13 version while HTC U12 Life has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
