Comparison review

The Galaxy S5 Sport has a general score of 77.8, which is just a bit better than the HTC U12 Life's score of 74.4. Galaxy S5 Sport is a incredibly older and a bit thicker cellphone than the HTC U12 Life, but Samsung managed to build it just a bit lighter anyway. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S5 Sport has 4.4.2 version and HTC U12 Life has Android 8.1 Oreo.

The Galaxy S5 Sport has a much better looking display than HTC U12 Life, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels density. HTC U12 Life features much more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S5 Sport, and although they both have a SD card slot that admits up to 128 GB, the HTC U12 Life also has 64 GB internal memory capacity.

The Galaxy S5 Sport counts with just a bit better processing power than HTC U12 Life, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and lesser processing cores (although faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor. The HTC U12 Life counts with improved battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport, because it has a 29 percent more battery capacity.

The Galaxy S5 Sport has a slightly better camera than HTC U12 Life, although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for taking photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, they both have the same video frame rates, a same resolution camera and the same 3840x2160 video definition.
