The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a score of 85.7, which is much better than the HTC U12 Life's global score of 74.4. These phones use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an older 5.0 version and HTC U12 Life has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an much older device than HTC U12 Life, but it is somewhat thinner and a lot lighter anyway.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a better hardware performance than HTC U12 Life, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit processor and an extra graphics processor.
