The HTC U23 Pro has a global score of 77.8, which is just a bit better than the LG K52's overall score of 76. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the HTC U23 Pro has 13 version and LG K52 has Android 10, so it provides some extra features. The HTC U23 Pro body is a lot newer than the LG K52's, although it's a bit heavier and just a little thicker.
