The HTC U23 Pro is slightly better than the Moto Z3, getting a general score of 77.8 against 77.6. The HTC U23 Pro design is notably newer, but way thicker and noticeably heavier than Moto Z3. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but HTC U23 Pro has an older 13 version while Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie.
