The HTC U23 Pro is a bit better than Galaxy A21, having a general score of 77.8 against 76.1. The HTC U23 Pro is a noticeably newer device than the Galaxy A21, but it's just a bit heavier and a bit thicker. Both of these devices use Android OS, but HTC U23 Pro has a newer 13 version while Galaxy A21 has Android 10, giving you lots of additional features and performance improvements.
