Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 is a bit better than HTC U23 Pro, getting a general score of 79.6 against 77.8. These phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy A40 has the older 11 version while HTC U23 Pro has Android 13. Galaxy A40 is an noticeably older phone than HTC U23 Pro, but it's noticeably lighter and thinner anyway.
Galaxy A40 counts with a little more vivid display than HTC U23 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels density. The HTC U23 Pro has a better memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy A40, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
