The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an overall score of 98.9, which is a lot better than HTC U23 Pro's general score of 77.8. Both of these devices come with the same Android 13 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is extremely older and just a little heavier than HTC U23 Pro, it's body is still a little thinner.
