Galaxy Note 4 is just a bit better than HTC U23 Pro, having a global score of 81.6 against 77.8. The Galaxy Note 4 body is lighter and a bit thinner than HTC U23 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 4 has an older 5.0 version and HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version.
