The Galaxy S23 has a global score of 77.9, which is a little bit better than HTC U23 Pro's score of 77.8. The Galaxy S23 body is somewhat thinner and lighter than the HTC U23 Pro. Both of these phones come with the same Android 13 operating system, so both of them should provide you all the same operating system features.
Samsung Galaxy S23 has a slightly better looking screen than HTC U23 Pro, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixels quantity per inch in the display. The HTC U23 Pro features a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S23, because it has 256 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S23's processor is very similar to HTC U23 Pro's processing unit, and although the Samsung Galaxy S23 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
