Samsung Galaxy S6 Active is just a bit better than the HTC U23 Pro, having a general score of 80.9 against 77.8. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has the previous 5.0 version and HTC U23 Pro has Android 13.
