The HTC U23 Pro is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, with a 77.8 score against 77.2. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but HTC U23 Pro has 13 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
