The HTC One M9 is a noticeably older and somewhat thicker cellphone than the HTC Wildfire X, but HTC made it a little lighter anyway. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the HTC One M9 has older 5.0 version while HTC Wildfire X has Android 9.0 Pie.
HTC One M9 counts with a little faster CPU than HTC Wildfire X, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits processor and a GPU. HTC One M9 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than HTC Wildfire X, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better number of pixels per display inch and a higher 1920 x 1080 resolution.
The HTC One M9 counts with a greater camera than HTC Wildfire X, because it has a much more mega pixels back-facing camera and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. HTC Wildfire X features a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than HTC One M9, because it has a SD memory slot that admits up to 256 GB and more internal storage.
HTC Wildfire X features longer battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity.
