The Moto X has a general score of 68.1, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Ascend Mate's 62.1 general score. The Moto X body is a little thicker but lighter than the Huawei Ascend Mate, and they were released only a couple of months apart. Both phones we are comparing use Android OS (operating system), but the Moto X has the newer 4.4.4 version while Huawei Ascend Mate has Android 4.1.2 version.
The Moto X features a bit faster processor than Huawei Ascend Mate, because although it has less cores (although they are faster), and they both have 2 GB of RAM memory, the Moto X also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Moto X features a bit more vivid display than Huawei Ascend Mate, because although it has a much smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, the Moto X also counts with a higher display pixels density.
The Moto X shoots much clearer photos and videos than Huawei Ascend Mate, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the Moto X also has a camera with a higher resolution. Motorola Moto X has as much storage capacity to install games and applications as Huawei Ascend Mate, and although the Motorola Moto X has no SD card slot, they both have exactly the same internal storage.
Huawei Ascend Mate has a way better battery duration than Moto X, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity against 2200mAh.
The Motorola Moto X not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest.
