Comparison review

The Moto X (2014) is a bit better than Huawei G8, getting a global score of 73.4 against 67.3. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but Moto X (2014) has 5.0 version while Huawei G8 has Android 5.1 version. The Moto X (2014) is an older and extremely thicker phone than Huawei G8, but Motorola was able to build it lighter anyway.

Moto X (2014) counts with a little sharper display than Huawei G8, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the Moto X (2014) also counts with a bit better screen density. Moto X (2014) counts with a quite better performance than Huawei G8, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU and a higher number of cores.

Huawei G8 has a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Moto X (2014), and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Huawei G8 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 64 GB. Motorola Moto X (2014) has a lot better camera than Huawei G8. Both of them have a back-facing camera with a 13 MP.

The Huawei G8 has longer battery lifetime than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
