The Moto X (2014) is a bit better than Huawei G8, getting a global score of 73.4 against 67.3. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but Moto X (2014) has 5.0 version while Huawei G8 has Android 5.1 version. The Moto X (2014) is an older and extremely thicker phone than Huawei G8, but Motorola was able to build it lighter anyway.
