The iPhone 12 Pro is a lot better than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, having a score of 92.8 against 74.2. IPhone 12 Pro's design is a lot newer and a little bit thinner than Huawei Mate 10 Lite's, although it's also heavier. Apple iPhone 12 Pro counts with a better looking display than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has a quite higher pixel density, a little bigger screen and a quite better resolution of 1170 x 2532px.
Huawei Mate 10 Lite features a bit more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Apple iPhone 12 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits up to 256 GB. IPhone 12 Pro has a quite better processing power than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because although it has lesser processing cores , it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit and more RAM memory.
