Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, having a global score of 77.1 against 74.2. The Asus ROG Phone body is newer than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite's, but it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Asus ROG Phone features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because although it has a bit worse display density, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2160px, the Asus ROG Phone also counts with a bit bigger display.
Asus ROG Phone counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone features a little bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 10 Lite takes much clearer videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and worse 30 frames per second video frame rates, they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality. Asus ROG Phone counts with improved battery performance than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 10 Lite. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Asus ROG Phone, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, letting go some features and specifications.
