Comparison review
The Huawei nova 5T is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, getting an 80.8 score against 74.2. Huawei nova 5T's design is newer, but a bit heavier and a little bit thicker than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite. Huawei nova 5T counts with a little bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and although they both have a higher pixels amount in each inch of display, the Huawei nova 5T also has a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a quite larger display.
Huawei Mate 10 Lite has a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB. Huawei nova 5T features a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei nova 5T also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Huawei nova 5T features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has 3750mAh of battery capacity. Huawei nova 5T captures way better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has a much higher (4K) video resolution, a larger aperture and a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.
Although Huawei nova 5T is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei Mate 10 Lite. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei nova 5T, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, giving up some features and specifications.
