Huawei Mate 10 Lite counts with a little bit more storage to store more games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
Huawei P20 Pro features longer battery life than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3340mAh. The Huawei P20 Pro has a lot better camera than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has a way better video definition, a back camera with a way higher 40 MP resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light captures and video.
Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei Mate 10 Lite. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Huawei P20 Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, resigning some specifications.
