Huawei P30 Lite has a general score of 77, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite's 74.2 overall score. The Huawei P30 Lite body is newer, a little bit lighter and a bit thinner than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite. The Huawei Mate 10 Lite counts with a bit better performance than Huawei P30 Lite. They have the same RAM amount and 8 cpu cores.
The Huawei P30 Lite and Huawei Mate 10 Lite feature similar screens, although the Huawei P30 Lite also has a little bit greater pixels density, a slightly better 1080 x 2312 pixels resolution and a little larger display. The Huawei P30 Lite features a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB.
The Huawei P30 Lite and Huawei Mate 10 Lite feature very similar cameras, and although the Huawei P30 Lite has a larger diafragm aperture and a much better 24 megapixels resolution back camera, they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video definition. Huawei Mate 10 Lite and Huawei P30 Lite both count with very similar batteries performance.
Although Huawei P30 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei Mate 10 Lite. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei P30 Lite, else you can save some money and get the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, giving up a couple features and specifications.
