Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite is a bit better than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, with a 79.5 score against 74.2. The Huawei P40 Lite is a noticeably newer cellphone than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, although it's heavier and thicker. Huawei P40 Lite features a processor that is very similar to Huawei Mate 10 Lite's processing unit, and although the Huawei P40 Lite has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Huawei P40 Lite has a display that is just as good as Huawei Mate 10 Lite's display, because although the Huawei P40 Lite has a just a bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2310 pixels. Huawei Mate 10 Lite has a slightly better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
Huawei P40 Lite counts with longer battery performance than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because it has a 4200mAh battery size instead of 3340mAh. The Huawei P40 Lite captures better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and video and a way better resolution camera in the back.
The Huawei P40 Lite costs more than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
