Comparison review
Galaxy Note 5 has an overall score of 79.3, which is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10 Lite's 74.2 global score. Galaxy Note 5 is a just a bit heavier cellphone than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, but both of them are equally thin. The Huawei Mate 10 Lite has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Huawei Mate 10 Lite also has a larger number of cores.
Galaxy Note 5 counts with a brighter screen than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and more pixels per inch in the screen. Huawei Mate 10 Lite features a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Huawei Mate 10 Lite also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB.
The Huawei Mate 10 Lite features just a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has an 11% bigger battery size. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and although they both have a same resolution camera, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also has a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a larger aperture for better captures in low light environments.
Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei Mate 10 Lite. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Huawei Mate 10 Lite, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
