The Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design has an overall score of 80.1, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's general score of 78.1. Both phones we compare here have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2, so it gives some extra features and better performance. Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design's body is a lot newer and just a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus's, but it's also somewhat heavier.

Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design counts with a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 43 percent more battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a much better camera than Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design, because although it has a way smaller aperture which is not nice for taking pictures or video in low light situations, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a larger back camera sensor and a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
