Huawei P40 is a bit better than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, with a score of 86.4 against 79.2. Huawei P40's construction is incredibly newer and a little bit lighter, but also just a little thicker than Huawei Mate 10 Pro. The Huawei P40 features a bit better display than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because it has a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px, a little larger screen and a little more pixels per inch of screen.
Huawei P40 has as much storage for games and applications as the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, they have the same 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei P40 features a bit better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Huawei P40, because it has a 5 percent bigger battery size.
The Huawei P40 features a very superior camera than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for taking photographs or video in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 also counts with faster video frame rate, a way larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
