Comparison review
Galaxy M40 has an overall score of 85, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro's general score of 79.2. Galaxy M40's construction has the same thickness than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, but it is just a little lighter. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy M40. They have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy M40 features a screen that is just as good as Huawei Mate 10 Pro's screen, although the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has a just a bit better screen pixel density, a little bit bigger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution. The Galaxy M40 counts with a much better camera than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy M40 also counts with a camera with a much higher resolution and a larger back camera sensor.
Galaxy M40 has a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy M40 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 512 GB. Huawei Mate 10 Pro counts with a bit better battery duration than Galaxy M40, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
