The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 10 Pro's general score of 79.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 construction is a little lighter than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, but it is a bit thicker and was released 3 years before. Galaxy Note 4 features a bit superior processor than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has less RAM and 4 less cores (although faster), it also counts with a GPU.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features a brighter display than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel amount per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Galaxy Note 4 captures clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture which is not good for capturing pictures or videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video quality, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a lot higher 16 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a bigger sensor capturing better quality photographs.
The Huawei Mate 10 Pro features a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage.
