Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro's 79.2 score. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G design is noticeably newer than the Huawei Mate 10 Pro's, although it's somewhat heavier and thicker. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has just a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, because it has a larger display, a higher number of pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei Mate 10 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
